Volunteering with JBF is fun & easy!
*Choose to volunteer 4, 8, or 12 hours.
*No experience necessary! We provide any training.
*Your husband or parent can even volunteer and give YOU the shopping credit- now that's a SMART mom!

Presale Entry:
Volunteers: Your name will be on our volunteer list at the door. You do NOT need a pass. Only the volunteer is admitted, sorry, NO guest/spouse admitted with you.
Consignors: You will receive a pass for you AND 1 guest at consignor dropoff. Your guest does NOT need to actually be with you, they just need the pass to enter.
First Time Moms: Your name will be on my list at the door for entry and you will NOT need a pass for entry. You can bring 1 guest along with you! Make sure you qualify for the presale guidelines listed please (expecting your first child, or your first is under 1 year old. Those who abuse the system may disqualify themselves from future presale shopping.

*You are welcome to bring your own shopping bag or basket, but no wagons or strollers will be allowed during presales. We will have shopping bags available at the door.

What is a BARTER?

Can't find the time to volunteer at the sale? JBF LOVES to barter!

Bartering is like a trade, you do or give something in return for shopping early instead of volunteering your time DURING the actual sale.
Below is a sample of bartering options. You register for them in the online scheduler and can choose 1 barter option per event.

• Postcard delivery route
• Drive around our car magnets (avail. only if you also have a sale shift)
• Provide a meal for 10
• purchase water or stamps
• Submit other barter ideas to Kris

Remember, all barter options are in the online scheduler, so if you don't see them that means they are already taken.

Register as a volunteer through your JBF profile (at the log in screen) and it takes you to the online scheduler to immediately choose a shift or barter option.

How to REGISTER as a Volunteer

Registering to volunteer with JBF is EASY!
1. Sign up or log in to your JBF account.

2. Click the pink SIGN UP button in th eUpcoming Events box, then check the box to participate as a Volunteer, and you will be directed to the online scheduler where you will see all available shifts. Choose the option that works best!

3. You will receive volunteer "credits" that translate as volunteer "hours" for your presale pass. Choose the presale pass you qualify for!

*You have up until Monday, May 13th at 12pm to make changes to shifts.
*Any training needed will be provided at the sale.
*On the scheduler, you will see a short description or any pre-qualifications for a shift.
*If a shift requires approval, we will email you back.
